September 2025 Club Membership Meeting
September 28, 2025 @ 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Our next meeting will be held on September 28, 2025 and will be hosted by Phyllis Webb. The location for the meeting will be 137 Blair Ave; Cottage Hills, IL. The club will provide a main dish (meat) and a salad. Members are invited to bring a side dish to share for the meal. During the meeting we will be discussing winter storage of equipment and winter feeding.
We will also be voting on ratifying the board approved changes to the bylaws (attached). In addition nominations are still open for upcoming board terms. So far we have nominations for Julie McKinney as Vice President, Sean Danzer as Secretary, and Rick Sanders as director at large. If you are interested in running for one of the open positions (Vice president, secretary, or Director at Large) or would like to nominate a candidate please email stclairbees@gmail.com so the candidate can be included in the voting that will occur at the September meeting.
We are also accepting nominations for the club beekeeper of the year award and the new beekeeper of the year award. We will accept nominations for these awards until September 30. Nominations should be sent to stclairbees@gmail.com
